Under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) where applicable, your personal data may be processed by Bay Grup Construction (“Company”) as data controller, within the scope set out below.
Data Controller
Pursuant to Article 3 of the KVKK, your personal data is processed by Bay Grup Construction as data controller. Our Company collects, stores and processes your personal data for the purposes and legal grounds specified in this notice.
Processed Personal Data
Your identity data (name, surname, ID number), contact details (phone, e-mail, address), customer transaction data, financial information, visual and audio records, and data obtained through cookies and similar technologies may be processed for the performance of service processes, fulfilment of contractual and legal obligations, communication activities and our legitimate interests.
Purposes of Processing
Your personal data is processed for the provision of services, execution of contractual processes, fulfilment of customer requests, compliance with legal obligations, communication and information activities, management of complaints and suggestions, statistics and reporting, and in line with our Company’s legitimate interests.
Legal Basis
Your personal data is processed on the basis of legal grounds set out in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK, such as your explicit consent, performance of a contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest and the data controller’s legal obligation.
Data Transfer
Your personal data may be shared with our business partners, suppliers, legal advisors, audit bodies and public institutions authorised by law, within the framework of the conditions set out in the KVKK. For transfers abroad, Article 9 of the KVKK and relevant legislation apply.
Your Rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request information if it has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose, to know the third parties to whom your data is transferred domestically or abroad, to request correction if your data has been processed incompletely or inaccurately, to request deletion or destruction of your data within the framework of the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK, to object to the occurrence of a result against you through analysis by automated systems, and to request compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing. You may submit your written request to our Company to exercise these rights.
